Tyler Peskin

Tyler Peskin is a Business Development professional based in Philadelphia. Tyler grew up in Ambler, PA and went on to graduate with Masters of Accountancy degree from Penn State University. He possesses expertise in accounting, finance, and business processes. Tyler’s diverse skill set also encompasses technology, networking, and problem-solving.

 Driven by a passion for connecting people and helping others, Tyler is committed to bettering his community and supporting his family. He excels in fostering partnerships and networking, bringing individuals together to create meaningful collaborations. Tyler’s strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes make him a valuable asset in driving business growth.

 Alongside his professional pursuits, Tyler actively engages in community initiatives and volunteering efforts. He strives to make a positive impact and contribute to a better environment for those around him. As a new Board Member Tyler has made a positive impact to the organization through creating awareness about BBMF and driving modernization to help fuel BBMF’s growth moving forward.

Gary Tyler Bowker

Gary Tyler Bowker is a passionate entrepreneur and dedicated community leader. His first business, GT Builders, was founded in 2009. This award-winning general contracting company serves Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties. Tyler’s commitment to quality and excellence has positioned GT Builders as a trusted name in the industry.

In addition to his work in construction, Tyler is the visionary behind GT Media, a digital marketing agency that specializes in social media marketing. GT Media empowers local businesses to grow, brand, and expand into new markets with innovative strategies and a personalized approach that has helped numerous clients achieve significant success.

Tyler’s entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t stop there. He established GT Management Group, a consulting firm dedicated to managing and guiding businesses toward optimal performance. He also holds partial ownership in GMRC Painting, further diversifying his business portfolio.

Growing up in South Philadelphia, Tyler has cultivated deep community ties throughout Delaware County and Philadelphia. After losing his mom, family members, and close friends to addiction, his personal journey through recovery fueled his passion for helping others. He remains committed to making a positive impact on those around him.

With a diverse array of successful ventures and a heart dedicated to service, Gary Tyler Bowker continues to inspire and lead by example in both his professional and personal life.

Jeff Baskin

Jeff Baskin is a founding board member of The Bobby Bond Memorial Foundation, where he plays an integral role in advancing the foundation’s mission to support individuals affected by addiction and mental health challenges. With a deep commitment to making a positive impact in his community, Jeff brings both his leadership expertise and personal dedication to the foundation’s cause.

Since 1988, Jeff has served as the CEO of Southwest Development, a highly respected construction and development company specializing in both commercial and residential projects. Under his leadership, Southwest Development has become known for its innovative approaches to building and its commitment to delivering high-quality results. Jeff’s ability to navigate the complexities of the development world while maintaining a keen focus on community needs has been a cornerstone of his success.

In a notable change of pace from his development work, Jeff also ventured into the world of produce businesses, owning and operating vibrant markets in two iconic locations: Seattle’s Pike Place Market and the Marketplace at East Falls in Philadelphia. The latter was a development he co-created with his wife, Lisa, where he cultivated a unique and thriving community space. This diverse experience highlights Jeff’s entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to adapt and innovate across different industries.

Jeff spent 21 years living on the West Coast, splitting his time between Seattle and Los Angeles. This period not only broadened his professional experience but also deepened his personal connection to the diverse cultures and communities on the West Coast. Now based in Penn Valley, PA, Jeff lives with his family, where he continues to pursue his passion for development and philanthropy while staying grounded in his commitment to family and community.

Through his work with the Bobby Bond Memorial Foundation and his successful career in both construction and business, Jeff is driven by a strong sense of purpose: to build not just structures, but lasting legacies of positive change and support for those in need.

Lisa Berger Baskin

Lisa Berger Baskin is a founding board member of The Bobby Bond Memorial Foundation, where she brings her extensive professional expertise and unwavering passion for community service to the foundation’s mission. Lisa is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact, particularly in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of addiction and mental health, and her leadership plays a key role in the foundation’s ongoing work.

With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lisa has built a distinguished career in both brokerage and development. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of real estate services, and she has become known for her ability to provide innovative and effective real estate solutions. As Senior Vice President of Scheer Partners, a leading real estate brokerage and development firm, Lisa is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction and ensuring clients—particularly those within the scientific community—receive tailored, high-impact real estate solutions. Scheer Partners specializes in serving both property owners and users, offering a range of services that help businesses optimize their real estate investments and support their long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Lisa has built a reputation for her sharp business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and an innate ability to understand her clients’ needs and objectives. Her leadership and deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market have made her a trusted advisor and a driving force in the success of Scheer Partners.

Outside of her professional life, Lisa is dedicated to her family and community. She and her husband, Jeff, along with their daughter, Sophie, reside in Penn Valley, PA. Lisa is passionate about giving back to her community, and her work with the Bobby Bond Memorial Foundation reflects her ongoing commitment to creating a positive, lasting impact on the lives of others.

Through her distinguished career in real estate and her dedication to charitable causes, Lisa is a dynamic force—driven by a deep sense of purpose and a commitment to both professional excellence and community well-being.

Danielle Bonds, board member

Danielle Bonds

Danielle Bonds born and raised in Montgomery   has spent a majority of her career working within the county. Since 2018, Danielle has worked in the field of substance abuse treatment, where she has developed a comprehensive and multidisciplinary clinical background. Her career began with direct clinical work, where she cultivated a deep understanding of addiction’s complexities. Danielle’s transition into outreach and advocacy has allowed her to focus on ensuring that individuals in need of treatment are connected to the resources that can support their recovery. She has also recently expanded her work to New Jersey as the Director of Business Development for Laurel Healing Center, a Women’s only treatment center located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. 

 

Danielle’s father, Bobby Bonds, has profoundly influenced the work she does today. His dedication to the addiction field and the personal challenges he faced have shaped Danielle’s deep commitment to supporting individuals struggling with substance use and mental health issues. This deep-rooted compassion, coupled with her clinical expertise, allows her to make a lasting impact in the addiction and mental health space. Danielle understands firsthand the devastating toll addiction can take, and this drives her unwavering commitment to helping others find the support and recovery they deserve.

 

Through the Bobby Bonds Memorial Foundation, Danielle hopes to further her mission of making treatment more accessible and effective for all who need it. She believes in the power of community, collaboration, and the strength of the individual’s journey to recovery. The foundation serves as a beacon of hope for those affected by addiction and mental health issues, providing not only direct support but also fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges that many face, while honoring the memory of her father, Bobby Bonds, whose legacy continues to fuel Danielle’s dedication to this important cause.

Matt Troutman, board member

Matthew Troutman

Matt Troutman joined NSM Insurance Brokers in 2024, where he serves as a dedicated Risk Advisor, specializing in health and human services organizations. In his role, Matt is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive risk management strategies, as well as securing tailored insurance placements that help safeguard his clients and the communities they serve. His expertise in this sector enables him to craft highly effective solutions that protect organizations from the unique risks they face in providing essential services.

With over two decades of experience in sales, management, and the insurance industry, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. Before joining NSM Insurance Brokers, he served as a National Accounts Producer at a prominent insurance firm, where he worked with large transportation companies and organizations that required sophisticated, multifaceted risk management solutions. This experience honed his ability to navigate complex risk landscapes and deliver personalized strategies for clients with diverse and intricate needs.

Matt’s educational background further complements his professional experience. He holds a degree in Information Sciences and Technology from The Pennsylvania State University, a foundation that has enabled him to stay ahead of technological trends and leverage data-driven insights in his risk management strategies.

With a strong commitment to excellence, Matt is driven by a passion for helping his clients mitigate risks, enhance their resilience, and achieve long-term success. His ability to combine industry expertise with a customer-focused approach has made him a trusted advisor to the organizations he serves.

Chris O'brien, board member

Chris O’Brian

Chris O’Brian is an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO), start-up founder, advisor and investor with experience working in a diverse range of industries including healthcare, technology, media, real estate, professional services and mental health. With a proven track record of founding, fundraising for, scaling and selling start-ups, small businesses and nonprofit organizations, Chris provides a unique skillset across strategic financial and operational leadership, and human capital management.

Currently, Chris Founded and operates OBrian CFO Consulting LLC, is a Founding Team Member & CFO of Super Truth, Inc., and serves as Founding Partner & Principal of EuroVentures LLC. OBrian CFO Consulting provides fractional CFO and strategic advisory services to start-ups and scaling businesses from inception to exit.

Super Truth is a health data management start-up and holding company that builds data decay and integrity solutions to help healthcare organizations realize increased AI value generation; additionally, Super Truth serves as a vehicle to acquire synergistic companies and technologies to ensure maximum data integrity at scale.

EuroVentures is an organization that connects international start-ups and founders with US-based investors and resources, and aids them in their diligence prep, fundraising efforts and scaling their operations stateside.

Across all work, Chris has cultivated extensive fundraising and M&A experience serving in both leading and supporting capacities, collectively exceeding over $60M in funding secured and over $75M in M&A transaction value.

Personally, Chris’s journey has shaped much of his life’s purpose. In 2014, his family endured the heartbreaking loss of his youngest sister, Evie, who tragically passed away at the age of 18 by being struck with in a car on the side of the road. This profound loss had a life-altering effect on Chris and set him on a path of personal transformation.

After struggling with grief and over 15 years of alcohol and drug abuse, Chris made the courageous decision to get sober in 2016 and has been clean ever since. He actively participates in the program of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), has a sponsor and sponsors other men, and speaks regularly at rehabilitation centers, recovery houses, high schools, and institutions, sharing his story of resilience and recovery. Through these speaking engagements, Chris addresses important topics such as grief, depression, and the power of resilience, helping others find hope in the face of adversity.

Chris’s connection to AA eventually led him to the Bobby Bonds Memorial Foundation (BBMF), where he now actively contributes his time and expertise to support the foundation’s mission. His passion for giving back extends to his volunteer work with the Gift of Life Foundation, a Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) organization that facilitates life-saving organ donations and provides lodging for families awaiting transplant services. In honor of his sister, Evie, who became an organ donor and gave the gift of life to multiple recipients, Chris is dedicated to helping others through this meaningful cause.

A lifelong resident of the Main Line, Chris has a deep connection to his community. An avid sports fan, he is a loyal supporter of all major Philadelphia sports teams, enjoys reminiscing about his own days as an ice hockey and football player, and currently has a slight obsession with pickleball. Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Chris enjoys spending his free time at the beach during the summer, golfing, and taking long drives along scenic backroads. Most importantly, he cherishes quality time with his wife, Kelly, and their beloved golden retriever, Louie.

Chris O’Brian’s journey—marked by personal loss, recovery, and professional success—has fueled his commitment to making a positive impact on both individuals and organizations. His leadership in finance, combined with his dedication to helping others through personal experience and volunteerism, continues to inspire those around him.

Chris resides in Berwyn, PA, where he is a beloved husband, devoted volunteer, and passionate advocate for mental health and recovery.

 

Ronna Bonds

Ronna Bonds is the Manager of Internal Operations at Northeast Exterminators, a thriving, locally owned, woman-led pest control company. In her role, Ronna is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations that ensure the company’s smooth functioning and continued success. She brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for organizational efficiency to the company, helping to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Prior to her role at Northeast Exterminators, Ronna had an extensive and successful career in the hospitality industry. With over 25 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, she held senior executive positions in prominent hotels across Center City Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. Ronna’s leadership was integral in driving business growth and fostering lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the establishments she worked with consistently stood out in a competitive market.

Throughout her career, Ronna’s contributions to the industry were recognized as she held several prestigious leadership roles. She served as the President of the Philadelphia Area Hospitality Association, a testament to her dedication to supporting and growing the local hospitality community. Additionally, Ronna played a key role on various committees with the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau and Greater Philadelphia Tourism, helping to shape and promote the city’s tourism landscape.

In addition to her work in hospitality, Ronna was the President of the Institute of Quality of Life, a consulting firm specializing in creating and implementing customized programs aimed at improving the well-being of employees, unions, corporations, and associations. Her strategic guidance and innovative solutions empowered organizations to foster a more productive and supportive work environment.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ronna was the wife to Bobby, with whom she had been married to for 19 years. Together, they built a strong foundation of love and support that extended into both their personal and professional lives.
